The Trades list gives you a flat, chronological view of every trade in your account. While the Calendar organizes trades by day for your review workflow, the Trades list lets you scan across days and quickly find specific trades.

What you see

Each row in the trades list shows:
  • Date and time — when the trade closed
  • Symbol — which contract you traded
  • Side — long or short
  • Setup — the strategy assigned to the trade (if any)
  • Net P&L — profit or loss after commissions
Winning trades are highlighted in green, losing trades in red.

Editing trades from the list

Click on any trade to open the trade details modal — the same one available in the Calendar and Dashboard. From here you can assign a setup, add tags, enter a stop loss price, or link a chart URL.

When to use the Trades list vs. the Calendar

The Calendar is optimized for your daily review routine — walking through each day’s trades in context with price charts. The Trades list is better when you want to scan across multiple days, look for a specific trade, or get a high-level view of your recent activity without clicking into individual days.

Filtering

The Trades list respects your active account selection from the sidebar. Switch accounts to see trades from a different NinjaTrader account.
